Audio Vault is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed to capture, normalize, and combine digital dictation recordings into a single dictation file. This file can be linked to a specific document within a Document Management System (DMS).

This platform is especially beneficial in clinical settings, where clinicians dictate clinical letters through multiple recordings. All of these recordings need to be associated with a single letter in the hospital's DMS. This allows medical secretaries to verify the speech-to-text conversion by listening to the consolidated recording.
